Moxoterapy

Moxoterapy is a modification of a traditional acupuncture treatment. It is achieved by use of moxa cigars together with acupuncture or as a seperate treatment (when acupuncture is not recommended). Moxa is a cigar made from dried plants (Athemisium Moxae). Moxotherapy is about heating and cauterization of accupoints. During the treatment patients feel warm feeling around the meridian.
